School libraries feature in these two free webinars

School libraries feature In these free webinars

Thanks to Eduwebinar, two free webinars featured school libraries and their focus during COVID-19. While schools, teachers, students and the library teams that serve them were facing closures, a move to online learning and new restrictions, these school library staff responded quickly to the changes and were determined to promote and even increase their services.

There are currently two free webinars in the School Libraries During and Post COVID-19 series. You can access the webinar and resources shared on the EduWebinar website.  Each webinar features a panel of school library staff who share their experiences during COVID and the amazing things happening in their library. The panel also share their thoughts on how what happened in school libraries during COVID will have big implications for the future and practice post COVID.

Thank you to Karen Bonanno from Eduwebinar for organising and hosting these free webinars and thanks to all panel members for sharing their knowledge and experience.

These webinars are perfect for library staff wanting to share and gather ideas or parents and community members wanting to know what a school library could and should look like.
